    Unused hours can roll over for one month upon request. Hours beyond this period expire.

  • Is web hosting included in the plan?

    Website hosting is billed separately. Maintenance plans focus on support, updates, and reporting.

  • Can the plan level be changed later?

    Yes. It’s possible to upgrade or downgrade between plans at the start of a new billing cycle.

  • What counts towards the monthly hours?

    Monthly hours cover content updates, image changes, small layout adjustments, adding sections, banners, opening hours, and general tweaks. Larger projects can be quoted separately at the discounted hourly rate included in your plan.

  • Is content creation included?

    Content writing is not included. Content should be provided, and it will then be uploaded, formatted, and styled to match the design of the site.

  • Can additional hours be added if needed?

    Yes. Any work outside the included monthly hours is billed at the discounted hourly rate for the chosen plan.

  • How are site stats provided?

    An automated monthly email is sent with traffic, page views, and device breakdowns, directly from your website's dashboard. Premium plan members also receive a quarterly review call to discuss these stats in more detail.

  • Will the website ever go offline without a plan?

    No, the website remains live and unaffected. Maintenance plans simply ensure priority support, regular updates, and ongoing improvements.
